The Yoga Baum Health Coaching Program is a 12-week, 1:1 experience designed to help you reach your unique health goals—physically, mentally and emotionally—through the powerful combination of yoga, fitness, wellness practices and personalized nutrition.

You’ll work privately with Helene Kusman, a Certified Integrative Nutrition and Fitness Coach, 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Healer—virtually or in person at Yoga Baum’s calming, light-filled space in St. Matthews.

With Helene’s gentle yet results-driven approach, you’ll learn how to:

  • Build strength and endurance to support your yoga and fitness practices

  • Improve energy and mood through nourishing, balanced meals

  • Reduce stress and cultivate resilience with grounding daily routines

  • Stay accountable and motivated with consistent, compassionate support

    This program includes 12 weeks of individualized nutrition, fitness and wellness lifestyle support from Health Coach and Yoga teacher Helene Kusman.

    Program Details

    Step 1: The Intro Session

    We begin with a 60-minute session (on Zoom or in person at Yoga Baum).
    You’ll complete a health history form beforehand so we can dive right into what matters most to you—your energy, strength, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and personal goals.

    💡 The price of this session is paid in advance, but credited toward your program if you decide to move forward.

    Step 2: Your 12-Week Yoga Baum Transformation

    Six coaching sessions (every other week)—online, in person at Yoga Baum or a mix of both—where we work on the areas that matter most to you.

    Your plan is customized to:

    • Support your yoga or non-yoga fitness goals

    • Improve energy and mental clarity through balanced nutrition

    • Reduce stress and restore nervous system balance

    • Create habits that feel sustainable and empowering—not rigid or overwhelming

    Ongoing Support

    On your “off” weeks, you’re not on your own. I’ll check in with encouragement, answer questions, and share resources—whether it’s a meditation practice, nourishing recipe, or a journaling prompt to help you stay grounded.

    Sometimes the most powerful part of coaching is simply having someone ask, “How are you really doing?”—and following up with personalized, actionable support.

How We Work Together

Step 1: The Intro Session
We begin with a 60-minute session (on Zoom or in person at Yoga Baum). You’ll complete a health history form beforehand so we can dive right into what matters most to you. The price of this 60 minute session is paid in advance, but will credited back to you when you sign up for the 12 Week Transformation Program. 

Step 2: The 12-Week Transformation Program
This includes six bi-weekly coaching sessions, either online or in-person. You choose what fits your lifestyle and needs. My in-person sessions take place at Yoga Baum in a private space. You can select any combination of in person or online (via Zoom) sessions.

Ongoing Support
On your “off weeks,” I’m still here. I check in, offer encouragement, answer questions, and share relevant resources—everything from custom workout plans and grocery lists to meditations, journaling prompts and recipes.

Sometimes the most powerful part of coaching is simply having someone ask, “How are you really doing?”—and follow up with personalized, meaningful support.
