Yoga Baum Health Coaching Program

Compliment your yoga practice with personalized wellness routines, fitness and nutrition support

The Yoga Baum Health Coaching Program is a 12-week, 1:1 experience designed to support your unique wellbeing goals—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll work privately with Helene Kusman, a Certified Integrative Nutrition and Fitness Coach, 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Healer—virtually or in person at a private space in our studio.

With Helene’s gentle, goal-focused approach, you’ll explore ways to:

  • Build strength through sustainable movement routines that bring you joy

  • Support steady energy and focus with balanced, satisfying meals

  • Reduce chronic stress and fatigue through grounding daily practices

  • Create habits that are realistic and individualized to your unique needs

  • Feel empowered to be in the driver’s seat of your health and wellness

    Program Details

    Step 1: The Intro Session

    We begin with a 60-minute session (on Zoom or in person at Yoga Baum).
    You’ll complete a health history form beforehand so Helene can get to you your needs and you can get the most out of your first session.

    💡 The price of this session is paid in advance, but credited toward your program if you decide to move forward.

    Step 2: Your 12-Week Yoga Baum Health Coaching Program

    Six coaching sessions (every other week)—online, in person at Yoga Baum or a mix of both—where we work on the areas that matter most to you.

    Your plan is customized to:

    • Support your yoga or non-yoga fitness goals

    • Improve energy and mental clarity through balanced nutrition

    • Reduce stress and restore nervous system balance

    • Create habits that feel sustainable and empowering—not rigid or overwhelming

    Ongoing Support

    On your “off” weeks, you’re not on your own. I’ll check in with encouragement, answer questions, and share resources—whether it’s a meditation practice, nourishing recipe or a journaling prompt to help you stay grounded.

    Sometimes the most powerful part of coaching is simply having someone ask, “How are you really doing?”—and following up with personalized, actionable support.

    Initial 60-Minute Coaching Session
    We set the foundation for your transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

    Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)
    In person at Yoga Baum or via Zoom, where Helene supports you in next steps and progress towards your health goals

    Personalized Wellness Plan
    May include fitness and yoga-based routines, nutrition guidance and daily habits tailored to your life. This is client led and varies person to person depending on what feels uniquely good to you.

    Weekly Check-Ins
    Gentle reminders, encouragement and support so you can feel empowered on your journey without pressure.

    Resources Tailored to your Needs
    Recipes, grocery lists, journaling prompts, guided meditations and workout plans that meet your unique needs
