What’s Included:
✔️ Initial 60-Minute Coaching Session
We dive deep into your health history, current habits and personal goals. This session sets the foundation for your transformation—physically and mentally.
✔️ Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions (every other week)
Each session is 60 minutes, held either via Zoom or in person in Louisville, KY. We’ll review progress, adjust your plan and keep things moving forward in a sustainable, supportive way.
✔️ Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Plan
Customized to your goals, body and lifestyle. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, support hormones or decrease stress and burnout —your plan will reflect what works for you.
✔️ Weekly Accountability & Text Check-ins
Support doesn’t stop between sessions. I’ll be in touch weekly to keep you motivated, troubleshoot obstacles and check in with:
– Encouragement and gentle accountability
– Resources (like recipes, grocery lists, or workout support)
– Reminders of your WHY to keep you motivated

Q: Who is this program designed for?
A: I work with individuals of all backgrounds. My health coaching practice is trauma informed, culturally sensitive and inclusive. All nutrition and fitness guidance is tailored to your bio-individual needs in whatever phase of life you are in. Due to the personalized nature of my coaching, the program is designed based on the client’s unique background and goals.
Q: How do I get started?
A: If you still have questions, start by booking a free 15 minute call below. If you’re ready to jump into an initial session, apply here. You’ll fill out a health history form beforehand so we can jump right into what matters most to you. This first session helps us see if we’re a good fit and sets the foundation for your 12-week transformation. You can pay for the single session, but it will be credited back to you if you decide to sign up for the program.
Q: How soon will I see results?
A: Expect to start experiencing results by week 3 when you commit to the goals and plan that you collaboratively design with Helene. Many coaching clients start to notice results even sooner, feeling better physically and mentally as early as week 1.
