✔️ Initial 60-Minute Coaching Session
We dive deep into your health history, current habits and personal goals. This session sets the foundation for your transformation—physically and mentally.
✔️ Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions (every other week)
Each session is 60 minutes, held either via Zoom or in person in Louisville, KY. We’ll review progress, adjust your plan and keep things moving forward in a sustainable, supportive way.
✔️ Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Plan
Customized to your goals, preferences and lifestyle. Whether you want to lose weight, build strength, support hormones or decrease stress and burnout —your plan will reflect what works for you.
✔️ Weekly Accountability & Text Check-ins
Support doesn’t stop between sessions. I’ll be in touch weekly to keep you motivated, troubleshoot obstacles and check in with:
– Encouragement and gentle accountability
– Resources (like recipes, grocery lists, or workout support)
– Reminders of your WHY to keep you motivated

Pricing:
The first step is to book an initial 60 minute coaching session ($125). We will go over your health history, goals and mutually decide if the best next step is to move forward with the 12 Week Transformation program. If we move forward, this first session will kick off Week 1 and be followed with 5 additional sessions every other week in addition to the resources and support provided through the program. The remaining cost after the first session is $625* in a single payment or $675* ($225 in 3 installments).

Q: Are payment plans available?
A: Yes! You can pay $625 ($50 savings) for the remaining program after the intro session or you can pay 3 installments of $225.
Q: How is this different from working with a Dietitian or Nutritionist?
A: As an integrative health coach, I support you through the lens of multidimensional health. Rather than looking at diet or nutrition on it’s own, I see it as part of a bigger picture and support you in your holistic well-being. Same goes for fitness goals and what makes this different from a personal trainer. Addressing your wellness holistically and exploring the interconnectedness (see image below) helps support realistic and sustainable success in reaching your health goals.

You’ll fill out a health history form beforehand so we can jump right into what matters most to you. This first session helps us see if we’re a good fit and sets the foundation for your 12-week transformation. You can pay for the single session, but it will be credited back to you if you decide to sign up for the program.
Q: What if I need additional support?
A: Inside the program, there are options for add on support such as additional coaching sessions, in person or virtual private yoga and strength training and Reiki energy healing.
