Women’s Health RD Kaely McDevitt breaks down the phases of our cycle and how to use that data to not only prevent or get pregnant, but also to align what’s happening in your life based on what’s happening in your body. We take a deep dive into tracking your cycle using basal body temperature, cervical fluid and positioning, as well as all of the different options for hormonal or non-hormonal birth control.
